The Business and Finance Mini Fair 2013

On 24th October 2013, twelve major graduate employers will be coming on campus to meet students at the Business and Finance Mini Fair. Held in the Business School foyer, it is an unmissable event for any student who is considering a career in business or finance and wants to meet large corporate employers!

With Graduate Scheme deadlines looming, and competition for jobs more fierce than ever, it’s important to give yourself the best chance possible.  Careers fairs are a great way to interact face-to-face with potential employers, ask any burning questions you have for them and really make a lasting impression. But the fair isn’t just for final years! It’s also a great opportunity for 1st and 2nd years who are looking for internships, insight weeks, industrial placements or would just like to get ahead of the game and meet potential future employers. What is your job at the Careers Centre and what does it involve?

I graduated from Leeds University in 2011 with a BSc Joint Honours in Geography and Management, and I’m now fortunate enough to be back as an employee. Leeds University is a wonderful organisation giving staff the opportunity to develop and excel within their roles.
